Dj Koze

Known as DJ Koze, German Stefan Kozalla gained notice first in Hamburg where he entered music mixing contests as a teenager. He had a stint with the German hip-hop group Fischmob and released his first album 'Music Is Okay' in 2000. He followed up with 'All People Is My Friends' (2004), 'Wo Die Rammelwolle Fliegt' (2005) and 'Kosi Comes Around' (2005). His 2013 album 'Amygdala' went to number 23 on Billboard's Top Dance/Electronic Chart and number 42 on the Heatseekers Albums Chart. 'DJ-Kicks' (2015) reached number 22 on the Dance/Electronic Chart and 'DJ Koze Presents: Pampa, Vol.1' (2016) peaked at number 19. His 2018 release 'Knock Knock' went to number seven on the Germany Albums Chart and number 18 on the Heatseekers Chart. His 2018 schedule included appearances at venues in Ibiza, New York, Barcelona, Darnstadt, Germany, Lisbon and Berlin.
