Born on May 12, 1975 in Montreal (Canada), Dramatik, whose real name is Jocelyn Bruno, is a Quebec rap singer. In 1996, he founded the group Muzion with Imposs and J. Kyll. The group won the Félix award for Hip-Hop Album of the Year twice, in 2000 with Mentalité Moune Morne and in 2003 with J'Rêvolutionne . In 2005, he released his first career solo single, " I Live, I Love, I Leave ", which won him Single of the Year at the Montréal-Underground Gala. In November 2009, he unveiled his first album, La Boîte Noire . The song " 40 barz " plays on community and university radio stations in the province of Quebec. In 2010, he spent several weeks on the Musique Plus music video channel's chart, with the song " Rep ton hood ". In May 2014, Dramatik released his second album, Radiothérapie , celebrating 25 years in the music business. In November 2018, he embarks on a tour of high schools to teach young people the basics of rap. In 2019, he releases the opus Le Phénix, Il Était Plusieurs Fois . In September 2022, he records the song " MTLY " in collaboration with French rapper MGZ 101.
