Already primed for the bright lights of fame, the members of Seoul's DRIPPIN first crossed paths on various reality TV shows, including Mnet's on-screen competition Produce X 101, before stepping out with their first mini-album in 2020, Boyager. Comprising Cha Jun-ho, Hwang Yun-seong, Lee Hyeop, Joo Chang-uk, Kim Dong-yun, and Kim Min-seo, the six-piece – launched by South Korea's Woollim Entertainment – set out their stall across six tracks of razor-sharp, rap-tinged dance-pop, including the high-octane lead single "Nostalgia." DRIPPIN followed their debut release with their second mini-album, 2021's A Better Tomorrow, featuring "Young Blood" as the title track. In 2022, Drippin dropped their first studio album, Villain: The End. Following its success, they kept the momentum going in 2023 by releasing two singles, "Seven Sins" and "Beautiful Maze". The group continued their journey in 2024 with another single, "Weekend", solidifying their ongoing presence in the K-pop scene.
