Gatineau-born David Dufour, aka D-Track, is a self-taught hip-hop artist. In 2005, he released his debut album Retour à l'état pur. He followed this up with Hors d'Oeuvre avec Kalibre in 2008. This was followed by Le Feeling in 2011. D-Track has performed on the Outaouais Slam League stage, winning the title of best Quebec slammer in 2013 and placing 4th at the World Slam Cup in Paris in 2014. In 2013, he released the album Abris-Tempo with collaborations from Karim Ouellet, Claude Bégin and Ogden. In 2015, D-Track published a collection, Détroit. In 2016, he released the album Message Texte à Nelligan, for which he garnered an ADISQ nomination in the hip-hop album of the year category. In 2017, the album Stéréo was released with the collaboration of artist Sam Faye. The pace continues with the album Shanour in 2018. In 2019, he wins Rap Album of the Year with his album Dieu est un Yankee at the GAMIQ. The album Hull follows in 2021, where he collaborates with French-born artist Akhenaton on the song "Soroche". As a producer, he released Raptualité vol.2 in 2022 and Territoiredelours in 2023.
