Eesah Yasuke

Eesah Yasuke, born in Roubaix, is a French rapper whose career has been marked by remarkable resilience. Placed in foster care from an early age, she found writing and music an outlet and a form of personal expression. Self-taught, she learned to compose and produce her own songs, developing a unique style that blends rap, vocals and diverse influences. In 2021, she released the Cadavre Exquis EP, a collaboration with producer Chief Waxy. This EP, whose title refers to the surrealist game of the same name, reflects her artistic approach where each track is a piece of a coherent whole. It tackles themes such as racism, an issue that touches her deeply and which she considers a constant source of inspiration. In 2024, Eesah Yasuke released the PS: J'écris l'album EP, which included tracks such as "STARTING-BLOCKS" and "Chaud l'hiver". This EP bears witness to his artistic evolution and his ability to fuse a variety of musical genres, consolidating his place in the French rap landscape.
