El Apostol

El Apóstol, born Pedro Luis Negrete Cervantes in Esmeraldas, is an Ecuadorian Latin urban artist who discovered his love for music at just six years old, with a special talent for playing the piano. Despite being relatively new to the professional urban music scene, with less than a year of experience, he made a huge impact with his breakout single "Ninfómana" featuring Jossimar and Don Kolo, released in July 2023. The track quickly amassed over 18 million views on his channel, becoming the most-watched dancehall song in Ecuador. This success catapulted him into the spotlight, earning him a Platinum Record in Colombia and a nomination at the 2024 FUNEI Awards for Best Urban Song in Ecuador. Working closely with DisettiMusic and Bee Music, El Apóstol rapidly rose as one of the key figures in Ecuador’s urban music scene, releasing the singles "Boom Boom" with Don Kolo, "Viaje," and "Ta' Prenddy" with DJ Lalo and Jøtta in 2024.
