Jombriel, born Jonathan Cedeño Romero on May 5, 2003, in Esmeraldas, Ecuador, is an emerging urban artist making waves in the Latin music scene. He began his journey at 17 through freestyle battles, honing his craft for seven months before transitioning to professional recording. On December 11, 2020, Jombriel released his debut single, "Modo Marroneo," which garnered significant attention and established his presence in the music industry. Building on this success, he released his first EP, La Sangre Nueva, in late 2021. Produced by Jotta in collaboration with local talents A.K.A Artesano and DJ Lalo, the project showcased his artistic evolution and versatility. Over the next few years, tracks like "Crazy Qlo" (2023) and "Parte & Choke," both recorded with Alex Krack, showcased Jombriel's musical evolution through a mix of dancehall and Latin urban sounds.
