El Malilla, born Fernando Hernández Flores on August 26, 1999, in Valle de Chalco, Estado de México, is a prominent Mexican reggaeton singer recognized for his contributions to the "reguetón mexa" movement. Starting his music career as a hobby in rap, he pivoted to the urban genre during the pandemic, adopting his stage name from a nickname given by a producer in the studio. Known for his captivating live performances, El Malilla has headlined major festivals like the Coca-Cola Flow Fest and the Axe Ceremonia, alongside selling out three solo shows at the Auditorio BB in Mexico City in August 2024. Soon enough, he established himself as one of the leading voices in the genre, collaborating with artists like J Balvin, Dani Flow, Bellakath, and Ms Nina. Ñerostars, his debut album, was released in 2024 and featured contributions from Yng Lvcas, Eme MalaFe, Tensec, Dj Rockwel Mx, Julianno Sosa, and Jowell & Randy, among others. That year, he also released the single "Mami Tú" featuring Maury.
