Fantasy Boys is a South Korean survival show on MBC that premiered on March 30, 2023, aiming to create a global K-pop boy group from trainees from around the world. On February 20, 2023, profile photos and videos of the 55 contestants were released on the official website and social media with the show gaining considerable attention in multiple countries, not only in Japan, after three Japanese contestants made it to the final top twenty but also in Thailand and Indonesia where the show’s theme song "Fantasy" released in late March, 2023, charted at number 182 and 194 respectively.
