Frédéric Fromet

Spotted at the Avignon Festival in 2008 by the director of the Caveau de la République in Paris, Frédéric Fromet cut his teeth in this famous theater of chansonniers until 2014, sketching out the news every week with satirical songs. Humor and self-mockery, imbued with great humanity, being his trademark, he was invited during the summers of 2013 and 2014 to appear on France Inter's summer program Le Septante-cinq Minutes. The experience was a success, and he was given a new weekly slot on the program Si tu écoutes, j'annule tout, in which he lampoons the whole of current affairs. He then appeared several times on Patrick Cohen's morning show. Still on the road with a sold-out show, he released the album Ça Fromet! at the end of 2015. This was produced and orchestrated by Les Ogres de Barback.
