Friedrich Liechtenstein

Friedrich Liechtenstein (born December 25, 1956 in Eisenhüttenstadt) is a musician, actor and entertainer from Germany. Born Hans-Holger Friedrich, he began his career in the GDR as a puppeteer, theater director and actor. In the early 2000s, Friedrich Liechtenstein also launched his musical career. He collaborates with artists and producers from the field of electronic music. His debut album Please Have a Look from Above was released in 2004, followed by the artist's second album Daily Soap in 2008. In 2013, Friedrich Liechtenstein supported the single "Supergeil" by Der Tourist as a guest singer. The song made it to number 50 in the German charts in 2014. The retail group Edeka recognizes the song's potential and produces its own version of the single for advertising purposes. As a result, Friedrich Liechtenstein becomes known to a wide audience in Germany. In the same year, Friedrich Liechtenstein released another album, Bad Gastein. Further longplayers followed with Schönes Boot Aus Klang (2015) and Ich Bin Dein Radio (2017). Friedrich Liechtenstein then returned to his career as an advertising star. The artist will not release another album, Good Gastein, until 2022.
