H Jungle with t is a musical duo formed in 1995 by Masatoshi Hamada (who goes by the nickname "H") and Tetsuya Komuro (corresponding to the "t" in the band's name). Their collaboration began after Masatoshi Hamada invited Tetsuya Komuro on his music show Hey! Hey! Hey! Music Champ to promote a project recorded with Ryoko Shinohara. Masatoshi Hamada, impressed by Shinohara's song "恋しさと せつなさと 心強さと", then solicited Tetsuya Komuro to produce a hit for him. Marc Panther and Koji Kubo also took part in the creation of the duo's first works. At the launch press conference, Komuro predicted a resounding success, declaring that their first single would exceed one million sales. In fact, their first single "Wow War Tonight 〜時には起こせよムーヴメント" sold over two million copies, reaching number two in the 1995 Oricon charts. The same year saw the release of "Going Going Home", which reached number two in the Japanese charts. 1996 saw the release of the single "Friendship" (No. 4 in Japan), the main theme of the Ryoma ni Omakase! series starring Masatoshi Hamada. The collaboration did not go beyond these three songs and the release of a mini-album compilation of remixed versions of their 1995 jungle hit "Wow War Tonight 〜時には起こせよムーヴメント" .
