Humming Urban Stereo, formed in 2004 by South Korean musician Lee Jeereen, is a renowned band in the electronic and synthpop genre. Known for its unique blend of retro sounds, funky basslines, and catchy melodies, the band quickly gained popularity with its distinct musical style. Humming Urban Stereo’s debut album, Very Very Nice! And Short Cake (2005), featured the hit track "Hawaiian Couple", which became a massive success, along with a few other notable albums, Baby Love (2007) and Sparkle (2012). Over the years, Humming Urban Stereo has received several accolades, including nominations at the Korean Music Awards.
