Isolée is the pseudonym chosen by Germany's Rajko Müller to deliver his pop and ambient techno. Isolée debuted in 1996 and gained recognition in 1998 with the track "Beau mot plage", which attracted attention in the United States. Isolée released Rest in 2000 in a very minimalist vein. A discreet, even secretive character, Isolée waited five years before returning with We Are Monsters in 2005. Well Spent Youth in 2011 shows that patience and time go hand in hand with polished, subtle electro.
