Jaime Wyatt, born on September 29, 1985, in Santa Monica, USA, is an American country singer, songwriter, and guitarist. She actively participates in the Americana and outlaw country genres, collaborating with notable artists and producers such as Shooter Jennings, Sam Morrow, Sam Outlaw, among others. Growing up in Tacoma, Washington, Jaime was raised by musician parents who introduced her to the sounds of Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Hank Williams, and The Pretenders, and at the age of 17, Wyatt made the move from a rural island in Washington State to Los Angeles, securing her inaugural record deal with Lakeshore Records. Her talent shone through as her songs were licensed for several on-screen appearances and soundtracks, most notably, her track “Light Switch” found its place on the soundtrack of the movie Wicker Park, alongside artists such as The Postal Service, Death Cab for Cutie, Stereophonics, Múm, and others. In 2017, Wyatt marked her debut with the album Felony Blues, released under Forty Below Records. The album's themes delved into personal subjects, addressing issues such as her own experiences with crime, addiction, depression, and the journey towards recovery. Wyatt then relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, where she inked a deal with New West Records. Under this new label, she unveiled her album Neon Cross on May 29, 2020. Her musical journey continued with notable collaborations, lending her vocals to the song “Bring It Home” by Dropkick Murphys, featured on the band's 2023 album Okemah Rising. Additionally, in the same year, she released two singles, “Love Is a Place” and “World Worth Keeping,” the latter climbing to number 38 on the Top 40 Radio Adult Alternative charts.
