Born on January 13, 1992 in Yaoundé, Cameroon, Atangana Etoundi Jeanne Pulcherie quickly developed a passion for music, and began performing at the age of 10. She joined a group of several artists called Money, and distinguished herself with her voice at numerous shows around the country. Renamed Jenny Ice for the stage, she joined the team of the Délire show led by Foly Dirane, then gradually moved into recording studios. The singer finally launched herself in 2019 with her first single "Laisse tomber", in the pure vein of Afropop. Continuing with "Guy is over", Jenny Ice deals mainly with sentimental stories that speak to the public. While asserting her position as a female artist in a still very male-dominated field, the Cameroonian singer distinguished herself in the early 2020s with new singles, "Le pouvoir à la femme" (2022) and "La fokmule c'est quoi?", which clarified her musical approach.
