Johnny Orlando

Johnny Orlando is the stage name of John Vincent Orlando (born on January 24, 2003), a Canadian singer-songwriter, vlogger, and actor. Hailing from Mississauga, Ontario, Orlando started singing from a very young age and first rose to prominence on social media due to his video cover of Justin Bieber’s “Mistletoe,” which amassed more than 100,000 views in only a month. In 2015, he independently released his first EP VXIIXI which, in conjunction with his strong social media presence, helped Orlando land a record deal with Universal Music Canada. His first release for the label, the EP Teenage Fever (2019), spawned the hits “Last Summer” and “Sleep,” and earned the singer a nomination for the Juno Awards in the category of Breakthrough Artist of the Year and an MTV Europe Music Award for Best Canadian Act. Following a North American tour supporting his sophomore EP, Orlando started off 2020 in full swing with the singles “All These Parties,” “Phobias,” “See You,” and “Everybody Wants You,” all of which preceded the release of his highly-anticipated third EP, It’s Never Really Over.
