Born on January 15, 1988, in Daegu, South Korea, Kim Min-jun, better known as Jun. K, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer, dancer and actor. He serves as the main vocalist for the renowned six-member group 2PM, who have gone on to record a string of hit albums in both Korean and Japanese since their debut on September 4, 2008, which have attracted a monumental global following. Concurrently pursuing a solo career, Jun. K has dropped a string of digital singles and four extended plays in South Korea, along with five extended plays in Japan. His initial three Japanese records peaked at number two on the Oricon Weekly Albums Chart, with Love Letter securing the top spot on the Billboard charts in Japan, while his first Korean record, Mr. NO♡, debuted at number nine. His subsequent Japanese releases, No Shadow and No Time, also ranked highly. On December 13, 2023, Jun. K released compilation album, The Best, preceded by the single “Command C+Me.” The album swiftly reached the seventh position on Japan's Top 100 Albums chart.
