Lee Jun-ho (born January 25, 1990 in Seoul, South Korea), known mononymously as Junho, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, dancer, composer, and actor. He initially captured public interest by emerging victorious in the Superstar Survival competition in 2006, signing a contract with JYP Entertainment soon after, beating out 6,500 other contestants. In 2008, Junho participated in Mnet's Hot Blood Men, a show documenting the rigorous training of thirteen aspiring trainees, seeing Junho taking his place in new boy band 2PM. After six months, the group made their debut with the single "10점 만점에 10점 (10 Points out of 10 Points)" from their EP Hottest Time of the Day. However, it was their second EP, 2:00PM Time for Change, that catapulted them to remarkable success in the South Korean music industry, and the group went on to release 13 records in both Korean and Japanese over the next 10 years. In 2013, Junho made his solo debut in Japan with his first solo mini-album, Kimi no Koe, which showcased his skills as a producer, composer, and songwriter, landing at number 3 on Oricon's daily chart. After the release of chart-topping mini-album, FEEL came SO GOOD in 2015, ranking 3rd on Oricon's weekly music chart and earning him a Japan Gold Disc award. In September 2015, Junho released his first album in Korea, a special compilation titled One, featuring Korean versions of 11 previously released tracks, which charted at number 4 in Korea. After several sold-out concerts, Junho’s momentum continued to grow with DSMN and 2017 S/S, both reaching number 2. That same year, he made his official debut in the Korean music industry as a solo artist with his first Korean mini-album, Canvas followed by top 5 album Winter Sleep in January the next year, which was released in both Korean and Japanese. On July 11, Junho released his seventh Japanese mini-album, Imagination (Souzou), once again taking the Number 1 position. Over the next year, he released two compilation albums, Junho The Best, and Two, which charted at number 6 on the Japanese and Korean charts, respectively. After taking a hiatus from music to focus on his acting, Junho made a comeback in 2023 with the soul-inspired track "Can I," much to the delight of his fans.
