Lee Sang-min

Lee Sang-min, born June 24, 1973, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, record producer, and television personality. He initially gained fame as the leader and rapper of the hip hop and dance group Roo'ra, known for his energetic shouting rap. Despite facing challenges, including a controversial incident in 1996 that was misinterpreted as a suicide attempt, Lee's artistic journey continued as he transitioned into a successful producer and entrepreneur.Lee made a significant comeback to television in 2012 with the mockumentary The God of Music, and has since become a familiar face on shows like Knowing Bros, My Little Old Boy, and as a host on Weekly Idol and The Call. His contributions to television were recognized when he won the Grand Prize at the 2021 SBS Entertainment Awards. Most recently, in April 2023, Lee rejoined the panel of the reality TV show Heart Signal. In 2024, Lee released the single "Blues Along the Way".
