Les Enfants du Top 50

From 1984 to 1993, the Top 50 and its famous credits set the pace for music in France. This first official sales ranking was a revolution that saw the emergence of a new generation of artists symbolized by Elsa and Florent Pagny. Yannick Noah has himself been a member of the venerable institution on several occasions, and in 2014 was part of the Les Enfants du Top 50 collective, which revived the repertoire of this gold-spangled era. First, Joyce Jonathan, Brice Conrad, Elisa Tovati and Mickaƫl Miro cover Laurent Voulzy's "Desir desir" in June, then Joyce Jonathan alone performs "T'en va pas" by Elsa (Elsa Lunghini). These and many other artists are featured on the album, due for release in autumn.
