Lucas Cordalis

Lucas Cordalis (born August 7, 1967 in Frankfurt am Main) is a singer, composer and music producer from Germany. At the beginning of the 1990s, the artist initially tried his hand as an author and producer of various Eurodance projects, such as Masterboy, Ice MC and Worlds Apart. Lucas Cordalis enjoyed some success with these projects, including writing the single "Feel the Heat of the Night" for Masterboy in 1994, which reached number 8 in the German charts. Lucas Cordalis is the son of the Greek pop singer Costa Cordalis. Together with him, Lukas Cordalis also launched his own musical career in 1997 with the single "Viva la Noche". Father and son release the single under the name Cordalis and it reaches number 60 in the German singles charts. Two more songs follow, "Party Tropical" (1998) and "Heiße Nacht" (1999), which make it into the charts. Lucas Cordalis continued to make musical appearances with his father until the early 2010s. In 2013, the first single under the name Lucas Cordalis was released with "I Have a Dream". Lucas Cordalis' solo album of the same name followed a year later. The success is limited. Further singles followed together with his wife Daniela Katzenberger. It was not until his second album Lucas Cordalis in 2022 that the artist made his breakthrough as a singer. In Germany, the longplayer climbed to number 6 in the charts. The album also made it into the charts in Austria (17th place) and Switzerland (20th place).
