Luidji

Luidji grew up listening to rap music from across the Atlantic, including Eminem, 50 Cent and Snoop Dogg, before moving to the southwest of Paris from La Courneuve. He wrote his first lyrics as a teenager, at the age of 15, and published his first tracks on a blog, already receiving a great deal of encouragement. His first mixtape, Freshness , was released in 2009. Luidji stepped up a gear by joining the La Capsule collective. In 2012, he spent seven days writing and two sleepless nights recording to give birth to the 2012 project. His third effort, Station 999, was released in 2014 and marked a turning point in the young rapper's career, as he drew inspiration from established names such as Drake, Booba, Jay-Z and Kanye West. In 2015, he unveiled a new project, an EP entitled Mécanique des Fluides. The following year, he reappeared in November with a duet single with Dinos, "Appel manqué". After the album Tristesse Business : Saison 1 in 2019 and the 5-track EP Boscolo Exedra in 2020, Luidji releases a new opus entitled Saison 00 in 2023, which reaches number two in the French charts.
