He returned to the Vanguard label with Life Worth Living (2014), an acoustic album that was one of his best sellers, before recording four albums for G-Man Records, including the 2nd and 3rd instalments in his series, S.O.S. 2: Soul on a Mission (2016) and S.O.S. 3: A Lullaby Collection (2019), aimed at young audiences. In 2023, Joe Bonamassa takes part in the 4th part of S.O.S. 4: Blues for Your Soul, which precedes the album Time Is a Thief (2024).
