German pop singer Marie Reim was born Marie-Louise Oberloher in Cologne on May 8, 2000. She grew up as the daughter of pop singers Michelle and Matthias Reim and made her first television appearance in 2012 in a show hosted by Florian Silbereisen, in which she sang the song "Gib nicht auf". After further television appearances and a joint tour with her mother, Marie Reim signed her first record deal in 2018. In February 2020, she released her first single "SOS", her debut album 14 Phasen (number 54 in the German charts) was released in June 2020, followed by further singles such as "Ich bin so verliebt" in 2021 and "Ich hab dich durchschaut" in 2022.
