Maya Delilah, an English singer-songwriter and guitarist born on May 5, 2000, has been shaping her music career from a young age. Growing up in Islington, London, she showcased her talent early by becoming a finalist in The Mayor of London’s Gigs Big Busk at just 15, a testament to her skills in the UK's largest annual street music competition. Her education at the BRIT school further honed her musical prowess. She rose to prominence in 2020 by sharing guitar-driven song covers and original compositions on her social media, quickly gaining attention for her virtuosic guitar playing and smooth, expressive vocals. After the release of her first EP Oh Boy in 2020, It's Not Me, It's You followed in 2021. Signed to the prestigious jazz label Blue Note Records since 2022, Maya's music is a rich tapestry of jazz, soul, and pop.
