Mehnersmoos

The Frankfurt-based artists from Mehnersmoos joined forces in the mid-2010s and subsequently continued to amaze the German rap scene with their stylistically confident mix of hip-hop, street cred and crude humor. Right at the start of their career, they released the EP Frankfurt bleibt stabil (Frankfurt Remains Stable ), a first exclamation mark in the direction of the competition. In the years that followed, they released several hit singles that went viral in the German-speaking rap fanbase, such as "Handycam" (2018), "Oh mein Gott" (2019) and "Blau", which was released in 2020. Mehnersmoos, consisting of the two MCs MadFred and Maydn, went from insider tip to fan favorite with their next EP Frankfurt Kinx, followed up with the track "Pennergang" in 2022. This announces their debut album of the same name, Pennergang, which is released in the same year.
