Originally from Dammarie-les-Lys, Seine-et-Marne (France), where he was born in 1998, rapper Negrito began his career in the 2010s as part of the Dammagaza collective. He soon turned to solo ventures, making a name for himself with freestyles such as "#Dexter " and "#La Purge ", and reached a milestone in 2020 with tracks such as "Mbappé" and "La Purge IV", which racked up hundreds of thousands of views on social networks. Negrito collaborates with a host of rappers, including Franglish, Uzi, Bramsito and Gradur, who all feature on the album Le Bien et le Mal (2021). The album reached number 29 in the French charts.
