Neon Trees are an American alternative rock band from Utah whose current line-up features singer and keyboard player Tyler Glenn, guitarist Chris Allen, bassist Branden Campbell, and drummer Elaine Bradley. Glenn and Allen formed the band in 2005 with bass player Mike Liechty, keyboard player Nathan Evans, and drummer Jason Gibbons, who departed soon after. They released their EP Becoming Different People in 2006 and opened for The Killers on their North American tour in 2008. Their debut album, Habits (2010), went to number 15 on Billboard's Alternative Albums Chart and number 28 on the Top Rock Albums Chart. This success was followed by their sophomore effort Picture Show (2012), which peaked at number 17 on the Billboard 200. "Everybody Talks," one of the album's promotional singles, topped the Adult Top 40 and went to number 11 on the Rock Songs Chart. After touring with the likes of the Flaming Lips, The Offspring, Dead Sara, and Maroon 5, Neon Trees returned with the cathartic Pop Psychology in 2014. Based on lead singer Tyler Glenn's therapy sessions, the album topped the Rock and Alternative Albums charts and reached number 6 on the Billboard 200. In 2015, the band issued the standalone single "Songs I Can't Listen To," reaching number 48 on the Rock Songs Chart. Following a brief hiatus, during which time Glenn released his debut solo album, they released the single "Feel Good" in 2017 before returning in November 2019 with the pop rock single "Used to Like." The track was the first single from their fourth LP, I Can Feel You Forgetting Me, released in July 2020. Over the next few years, the group issued the EP Versions of You (2021) and came back in 2023 with the single "Favorite Daze," which peaked at number 39 on the Radio Alternative Songs chart.
