NEXZ

Nexz is a Japanese boy group that emerged from the second season of the reality-survival program Nizi Project, managed by JYP Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment Japan. The group, consisting of seven members—Yu, Tomoya, Haru, So Geon, Seita, Hyui, and Yuki—officially debuted on May 20, 2024. Their debut was marked by the release of the single album Ride the Vibe, featuring the lead single of the same name and a B-side titled "Starlight." The formation of Nexz was a result of a carefully planned project that aimed to create a new male idol group, culminating in their selection in 2023. Prior to their official debut, Nexz released a pre-debut single titled "Miracle" in both Japanese and Korean in December 2023, which quickly garnered over 10 million views and topped multiple music charts in Japan. They also had their own reality show, Club Nexz, which aired on Mnet in April 2024, documenting their preparations for their debut. Nexz announced their Japanese debut with the extended play Ride Your Vibe (Japanese Ver.) / Keep on Moving, it was released on August 21, 2024, further expanding their reach in the music industry.
