Nichkhun

Thai-American singer-songwriter, actor, and model Nichkhun rose to fame in the late 2000s as a member of the South Korean boy band 2 PM. Born Nichkhun Buck Horvejkul on June 24, 1988, in Rancho Cucamonga, California, he spent a large part of his childhood in Thailand and finished his secondary education in the United States, where he was scouted by a JYP Entertainment agent during the Los Angeles Korean Music Festival. After signing a deal with the Asian media giant, he traveled to South Korea and formally began his training in 2006, later appearing in Mnet's survival reality show Hot Blood. In 2008, Nichkhun made his official debut with 2PM on the single "10 Points out of 10 Points," which was followed by a series of chart-topping releases that established the group as a major force in the highly competitive K-pop industry. In the following years, he launched a successful acting career in several TV dramas and films, including the role of Moji in the 2018 Thai box office hit, Brother of the Year. Me, his first solo EP, saw the light in 2018 and reached Number 14 in Korea and Number 9 in Japan. It was followed by a second extended play titled Story Of... (2019), which peaked at Number 19 on the Oricon charts. Despite his tight schedule with 2PM, Nichkhun still managed to resume his solo endeavors in the next few years, releasing the non-album singles "We Rock to Chengdu" with Han Geng and Park Boram (2021), and "Christmas Snow" (2023), a duet with Chinese actress Yao Chen that entered China's Tencent Music chart at Number 89.
