Noé Willer is the artist name of French singer Hubert Sebban, who began singing in the 1960s, but failed to break through. Also a composer, Noé Willer worked with Daniel Hamelin and Harry Williams. It wasn't until 1985 that his song "Toi, femme publique" reached number 11 in the Top 50. Riding the wave of 3615 minitel services, he scored another hit in 1986 with "Sur minitel ". Noé Willer went on to become an expert in paintings on the Paris market, but his singing career has since come to an end. In 2011, the Best of Noé Willer compilation provides an overview of his career.
