NSG, for non-stop grime, are an English hip-hop collective from East London with connections to Nigeria and Ghana who blend grime with Afro influences and a dancehall beat. Based in Bristol, they go by the names Darkah, Hazey, Ace17, Boz, and D.O.M. The group have hosted events at venues such as Lakota, Take 5 Cafe, and Bassment45 with an ongoing monthly spot at The Doghouse in Bristol. They have released grime tracks including “6:30” featuring Geko and “Bedroom Floor” featuring Liam Payne. Their 2019 track “Options” featuring Tion Wayne went to Number 7 on the Official UK Singles Chart. “Options” was included in their 2020 sophomore effort Roots, which also spawned the singles “OT Bop” and “Trust Issues.” In 2021, NSG returned with the tracks “Colonization” and “Petite,” which climbed to Number 90 in the UK.
