Eric Chau Pak Ho (born 12 November 1984 in Hong Kong), known professionally as Pakho Chau, is a famed Cantopop singer, songwriter, and actor. He kicked off his career in 2007 after signing to Warner Music Group and released his aptly titled debut EP, Beginning, that year. He scored a breakthrough hit the following year with "Nothing Done" (一事無成), a duet with fellow Cantopop star Stephanie Cheng that topped the charts in Hong Kong. His second album, Continue, arrived later that year, hot on the heels of "Nothing Done." He marked the '10s with a handful of new releases, including two full-length studio albums in 8 (2013) and Keep Going (2014), and in 2016 won the AFA Rising Star of Asia award. The following year he made his film debut with Charlene Choi for the romance "Forgive Him 77 Times," also releasing the chorus song "Please Love Me" with the singer. He dropped a new EP, One Step Closer, in 2017 and two years later landed a role as the first male lead in Hong Kong's TV drama series Wonder Women, where he starred opposite Miriam Yeung. In 2021, he provided vocals for "Gatekeeper," the theme from TV drama the Line Watchers.
