Park Jung Ah

Park Jung-ah, born on February 24, 1981, is a versatile South Korean talent known for her roles as a singer, actress, and model. Initially gaining fame as the leader and main vocalist of the girl group Jewelry, she made her mark with the group's debut album Discovery in 2001. Before her rise in Jewelry, Park was active as a rock band vocalist in downtown clubs. Park's career expanded beyond Jewelry as she ventured into solo activities, making her solo debut in 2006. She also had the unique experience of participating in a Japan-Korea joint project called "Last Song" on the NTV program Raibou Boy in 2002, during which she was part of the band 'Asian H.' This band created music while traveling, and one of their songs was featured in the official album for the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Her journey with Jewelry paused in 2008 when the group went on hiatus but resumed briefly in 2009 before she officially left the group in December of that year. She released her solo album Yeah on August 25, 2006.
