Peach Pit

The Canadian indie band Peach Pit formed in 2016 and is comprised of singer and guitarist Neil Smith, bassist Peter Wilton, Christopher Vanderkooy on guitar and drummer Mikey Pascuzzi. In 2016 the band released a self-funded debut EP titled Sweet FA followed by an album - Being So Normal - in 2017. The lead single from the album titled "Alrighty Aphrodite" stayed in the Billboard Canada Top 50 chart for 15 weeks, reaching number 37 at the height of its popularity. The band currently signed to the Vancouver indie label Kingfisher Bluez has continued on the major company Columbia imprint with albums You and Your Friends (2020), From 2 to 3 (2022) and Magpie (2024), the first to enter the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart at the third place.
