Petros Iakovidis (September 12, 1988) is a Greek singer-songwriter. He made his debut in 2015 with the single “O Erotas Mou Gine,” followed by “Vale” in 2016. His first taste of recognition arrived in 2017 when his song “Ximeromata” was made a hit by Konstantinos Argyros, reaching the top of the Greek Airplay and Digital Singles Chart upon its release. That same year, Petros Iakovidis released his studio debut Apotipomata to great commercial success. His hot streak continued in 2018 with Sou Ta Dosa Ola, which effortlessly combined traditional laïkó music with pop and featured the fan favorite “Vradia Aksimerota.” In subsequent years, Petros Iakovidis remained at the forefront of the Greek pop music scene with the singles “Fovame” (2019), “Kimisou Apopse Edo” (2020), “Sagapao Sou Fonaksa” (2020), and “Mi Thimonis” (2020). “Mou Lipses Poli,” his first single of 2021, peaked at Number 9 on the Greek charts.
