Pierre Garnier

Born on March 6, 2002, in Villedieu-les-Poêles, Manche, France, Pierre Garnier learned to play guitar and drums on his own during his childhood. He unveils his first recordings online, including a Bruno Mars cover, "When I Was Your Man", which attracts many views. Gradually, he perfected a folk-pop musical style that showcased his acoustic guitar skills. He obtained a degree in Techniques and Marketing, but his passion for music caught up with him. He signed up for the 11th edition of Star Academy , in 2023. The 21-year-old singer won the competition, performing a song of his own composition, "Ceux qu'on était" , in the final. The song enjoyed great success on streaming platforms, where it exceeded ten million listens, and was initially certified as a gold single, before becoming a diamond single in May 2024. He also releases an acoustic version, which enters the Apple Music top 100. His second single, "Nous on sait" , reached number 14 in the French charts. These successes led to the next step: the release of his first studio album, Chaque Seconde, in June 2024. It reached number two in the French charts.
