Predia are an all-female J-pop band formed as a sister troupe to all-female group Passpo by talent agency Platinum Production Inc. in Tokyo in 2010. The lineup has changed since then and now includes singers Akane Minato, Keiko Sawaguchi, Mai Mizuno, Rumina Murakami, Yuu Maeda, Akina Okamura, Reiko Aoyama, Runa Matsumoto, Sakurako and Yuzuka Hayashi. Former members include Megumi Takeda Megumi, Terumi Izumi Terumi, Yukiko Ishii, Sachiko Umakoshi, Yui Yosaka, Marina Murakami, Risa Kirikawa and Akemi Hirata. Their first track, 'Dia Love', was released in 2011 and their debut album 'Invitation' came out in 2012. They released an EP titled 'Escort Me' in 2012 and one called 'Byakuya no Viola ni Idakarete' in 2015. The 2015 album 'Koko no Dahlia ni Kuchidzuke' went to number 23 on the Japan albums chart and 'Fabulous' (2018) reached number ten. Hit singles include 'Kowareta Ai no Hate ni', which peaked at number six on the Japan singles chart and number eleven on Billboard's Japan Hot 100, and 'Utsukushiki Kodoku-tachi', which hit number three on the Japan singles chart and number five on the Japan Hot 100 in 2014. Their single 'Naked' went to number eleven on the Japan singles chart and number 59 on Billboard's Japan Hot 100 upon its release in June 2019. Their 2019 schedule was to include appearances at venues across Japan.
