Their eponymous debut album topped Japan's Oricon Albums Chart in 2013 as did Generation X in 2015 and Speedster in 2016. Their 2014 single "Never Let You Go" went to Number 6 on Billboard's Japan Hot 100, "All for You" (2015) reached Number 9, "Pierrot" (2016) Number 3 and "Big City Rodeo" (2017) Number 2. The single "Alright! Alright!" (2018) hit Number 36 on the Japan Hot 100 and "Shoot It Out" (2019) went to Number 14. Over the next few years, GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE continued to dominate the local charts, cracking the Top 5 of both the Oricon charts and the Billboard Japan Hot 100 with albums such as Shonen Chronicle (2019) and Up & Down (2021). In late 2022, the group announced the release of a new full-length during their Generation Live Tour at the Saitama Super Arena. X, their seventh studio effort, was released in 2023 via Rhythm Zone.
