Priscilla Renea Hamilton - who has been known as Muni Long since 2019 - is a socially conscious American singer-songwriter who performs in a wide variety of genres, including pop, soul, and R&B. Born on September 14, 1988, in Vero Beach, Florida, she began singing at a young age. She gradually built up a fan base on social media by posting her songs on her personal channel. She eventually landed a contract with Capitol Records in 2009. Preceded by the single "Dollhouse", her debut studio album Jukebox was released in late 2009 and quickly rose to number 23 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart, where it remained for one week. Over the next few years, Priscilla Renea made a name for herself as a songwriter, collaborating on albums by Demi Lovato, Rihanna, Madonna, Mika, Selena Gomez & the Scene, Chris Brown, and Little Mix. Nearly a decade later, she returned to solo work with the politically charged Coloured (2018) and, starting in 2019, began performing under the moniker Muni Long, releasing the EP Black Like This in 2020 and the full-length album Nobody Knows in 2021. That year, she also released the EP Public Displays of Affection, which featured “Hrs and Hrs,” a song that not only propelled her into the Top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 but also earned her a Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance. Following his collaboration on "Still Work" with OG Parker and Ty Dolla Sign in 2023, Muni Long unveils several versions of the title "Made for Me", including one performed with Mariah Carey for television. Two other new tracks, "Make Me Forget" and "Ruined Me", announce the release of his third album with soul intonation Revenge (2024), with rapper GloRilla on one track.
