Ptazeta is a Spanish trap and urban pop music artist from the Canary Islands. Born in 1999 in Las Palmas, she started uploading videos of herself rapping to social media in 2019 and soon grew a sizable online following. That same year, Ptazeta teamed up with DJ and producer Juacko, who made a name for himself as a remixer and beatmker, and released “Mami,” a summery Latin pop anthem that quickly went viral online, racking up millions of streams in a short period of time. She followed this success with the 2020 singles “Todo Bien,” “Mensaje Enviado,” “Déjate Ser,” “Be Yourself,” “Mi Huella,” and “Nena No Me Llores,” all of which accumulated millions of plays across streaming platforms and showcased her boundless versatility. In 2021, Ptazeta and Juacko returned with “Trakatá,” a reggaeton banger featuring Colombian rapper Farina that broke into the Spanish Top 100.
