Since 1992, Red Cardell have been playing a committed, ageless brand of Celtic rock with the same enthusiasm as in their early days. The Quimper-based band's music really comes into its own on stage, where it attracts a large audience. After an English-language debut album, Rouge, in 1993, Red Cardell focused on French lyrics on subsequent albums. Naître in 2006, Banquet de Cristal in 2008 and Soleil Blanc in 2010 are proof of the vitality of the three Bretons. After two albums loudly asserting their Breton identity, the band returns to their rock roots on Un Monde Tout à l'Envers.
