Riko Azuna

Riko Azuna – born in Japan on December 3, 1993 – is a J-pop singer, songwriter, and voice actress who is known for her music featured in various anime productions. Interested in music since elementary school, she finally began performing at various clubs in Tokyo while she was attending college. She auditioned to sing the theme song to anime television series Bloom Into You. After passing the audition, she recorded the song “Kimi ni Furete,” which was released as a single In November 2018, and reached Number 39 on the Japanese singles chart. Further singles include 2019’s “Whiteout” (from the anime series Boogipop and Others), “Glow in the Velocity of Light” (from Astra Lost in Space), and “Be Perfect, Plz!” (from Cautious Hero: The Hero is Overpowered but Overly Cautious). After a fairly quiet 2020, Riko Azuna returned in 2021 with the singles “Keep Weaving Your Spider Way” (from So I’m a Spider, So What?), and “Chance! & Revenge!” (from Osamake: Romcom Where The Childhood Friend Won’t Lose). Riko Azuna continued her anime music – anison – career in 2022 with the singles “Shiranakya” (from Police in a Pod), “Selfish” (from Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games Is Tough for Mobs), and “Katachi” (from Made In Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun). After working closely with the anime industry for several years, Riko Azuna signed a contract with the Early Wing Agency and began her career as a voice actress.
