Born Roza Kostandyanon (May 20th, 2000) in Vanadzor, Armenia, the songwriter and producer known as Rosa Linn rose to fame after representing her country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, Italy with her rousing indie-pop song "Snap". Fortified by hypnotic drums and slick synths, the song was written by Rosa Linn herself, along with Tamar Kaprelian, Larzz Principato, Jeremy Dusoulet, Allie Crystal, and Courtney Harrell. Rosa Linn began learning the piano at the age of six before going on to perform the song “Gitem” as part of the Armenian national selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2013. She kicked her music career into gear by collaborating with the US-based record label Nvak Collective, founded by Armenian-American singer and songwriter Tamar Kaprelian. In September 2021, she released her debut single "King" in collaboration with American singer Kiiara. She made her television debut performance of the song during the morning show on the Public Television Company of Armenia (AMPTV) in November 2021. This ultimately led to her place in Eurovision 2022, where she performed "Snap" during the first semi-final of the contest and qualified for the final. She performed the song once again in the grand final on May 14th, where she finished 20th. The song went viral on TikTok, breaking into the charts in multiple countries, and ultimately paving the way for the release of her 2023 debut EP, Lay Your Hands Upon My Heart. In 2024, she teamed up with Alfa for the "Universe" single.
