Pairing a confessional approach to songwriting with pristine pop sensibilities, Rosie Darling quickly established herself as one of the most promising talents in the realm of pop music. Born in Boston, she began composing songs in middle school and later honed her skills as part of Elon University's Sweet Signatures a cappella group in North Carolina. Over the following years, Rosie Darling cut her teeth as a performer by playing in local bars and venues and gained online traction through a series of cover songs on her video-streaming channel. Following a move to Los Angeles, the up-and-coming artist signed with Vancouver's Nettwerk Records and dropped her debut EP, Coping in 2021. This was followed by a second extended play titled Golden Age a year later. Preceded by the singles "Justify," "Boxes," "Villain," and "I'm Different Now," her highly anticipated studio debut Lanterns hit the shelves in late 2023.
