Roxy Dekker, born on January 12, 2005, in Amsterdam, is a Dutch singer-songwriter and social media personality. She gained initial recognition in 2019 when she participated in the Junior Songfestival as part of the group 6Times with the song "End of Time," though they did not win. Since 2021, Roxy Dekker has pursued a solo career, primarily gaining attention through her social medias, where she posts covers of popular songs. Her singles "Heimwee" and "Spijt" garnered significant streams, bolstered by her social media presence. In 2023, Dekker created a unique concept, inviting her followers to submit four words to inspire a song. This led to the creation of "Anne-Fleur vakantie," which became a viral hit on the platform and reached number 5 on the Top 50, also making it to the Tipparade. In November 2023, she released the single "Satisfyer," which matched the success of "Anne-Fleur vakantie," peaking at number 9 on the Dutch Top 40. Her growing popularity was highlighted when she appeared on 3FM Serious Request on December 21, 2023. Roxy Dekker's breakthrough was recognized at the 2024 Edisons, where she won the award for Best Newcomer on March 4, 2024. Later that month, she was named 3FM Talent during the 3FM Awards. On April 4, 2024, she released the single "Sugardaddy," which had been teased for over a month. The song quickly went viral, debuting at number 1 on the Dutch Top 40 on April 12, 2024, marking her first number 1 hit. This was followed the same year by duets with Bankzitters on "Huisfeestje" (Number 2) and with Ronnie Flex on "Gaan we weg?" (Number 1). Her first album Mama I Made It, released in 2025, includes other hits such as "Ga dan!" (Number 2) and "Casual" (Number 11).
