Ryosuke Nagaoka (born October 7, 1978 in Chiba, Japan) is a Japanese singer and guitarist. He began learning the piano at age 9 and started playing the guitar in high school, eventually joining a country band after being introduced to bluegrass music by his father. In 2005, he joined the band Evil Vibrations as the guitarist and background vocalist under the pseudonym Ukigumo, collaborating on four chart-topping albums: Adult (2006), Variety (2007), Sports (2010), and Dai Hakken (2011). Since 2005, he has been the guitarist and singer for his own band, Petrolz, alongside bassist Jungo Miura, and drummer Toshihide Kawamura. They have released the albums Renaissance (2015) and GGKKNRSSSTW (2019), along with several singles including "Amber" (2009), "Idol" (2020), "Touch Me" (2013), "Side by Side" (2014), "Fuel/ASB" (2016), and "Tanoc/Reverb" (2019). In May 2024, he collaborated with Japanese Hip-Hop producer STUTS to release the track "Irodori No Uta," which landed on the TOKIO HOT 100 chart.
