Sachiko Kobayashi is a J-pop singer in the traditional Japanese Enka style whose precocious performances as a child led to a singing career that has lasted since the early 1960s. Her debut album 'Sachiko Kobayashi's Hit Show' came out in 1964 and she released several singles through the decade with her second album, 'Haru Machirenge Kusa', released in 1978. She has been prolific ever since with dozens of albums including 'Sachiko the Best' (2016) and 'Pinspot - Sachiko's Night Club' (2018). She has done voice acting in Japanese movies and TV anime productions such as 'Pokémon', 'Yatterman' and 'Danganronpa: The Animation' Her long list of singles includes 'Yookoso Arks' (2016), 'Sonzai Shoumei' (2017) and 'Poker Face ni Sayonara' (2019). In June 2019, she released an album titled 'Kaze to Issho Ni' with singer Shoko Nakagawa.
