Born on October 16, 1995 in Menzel Bourguiba, Semah Riahi's fame quickly grew. Influenced by the likes of Tupac Shakur and Drake, he began making music, and rapping, in 2013. However, we had to wait until 2017 for the first hint of an official project when, on December 9, the artist unveiled his Cuba project. Buoyed by a first single, "Menha Mechin", which racked up several million views, the newcomer to Tunisian rap made an impressive debut. Backed by the Red Diamond label, this self-produced release stands out for Samara's versatility, both in producing trap beats and in his rapping style. Despite setbacks in 2018, and an arrest for drug use, the artist is serving his sentence. Buoyed by his promising debut, the rapper followed this up with the 2019 album Lasmer, which opened up new opportunities for him. In August 2019, Samara performed at the El Jem World Music Festival. Then Marseille rapper JuL noticed him and offered him a featuring on his album Cœur Blanc in 2022. A few days later, on December 13, 2022, he unveiled a new solo album, 7 Years, which established him on the Tunisian rap scene with his single "Galbi", which quickly racked up several million views.
